Who Is Abby Johnson?
Six years ago, Writers/Directors Cary Solomon and Chuck Konzelman received the book, unPlanned by #AbbyJohnson. After reading it, they asked God if they should make Abby's story into a feature film.
The Lord told them, "NOT YET".
Two years ago He said, "NOW".
Cary and Chuck were told by their loved ones to not go through with making this film because it could put their careers in jeopardy. However, they put their total trust in God and have created the most groundbreaking film to date.
And in my opinion, Cary and Chuck will never fail you. All of their work is cutting-edge so I know that I will always leave one of their films transformed.
Unplanned is being released in God's perfect timing. With infanticide on the horizon, the Lord has spoken.
If nuns are spreading the word to see an R-Rated film, it is probably worth watching!
The Motion Picture Association of America (MPAA) has given the Christian film an R-Rating.

What She Saw Changed Everything
Last week I had the privilege of attending the red carpet premiere for Unplanned (I'll forever be indebted to Cary and Chuck for having me a part of this MOVEMENT)! I had a plus one so I invited one of my best friends in Los Angeles, Michelle, to join me. Not only did I know how much fun we'd have together but I'm not going to lie, Michelle is open-minded so I wasn't worried whether she'd despise me or thank me after the screening.
It turned out that she really appreciated the movie, and ultimately hopes that all men and women can see Unplanned because not only does it open your mind, but your heart.
You've Never Seen Anything Like This
I also hope that anyone who is on the fence or searching for answers to difficult questions and situations can find clarity in what is considered the most controversial issue of our time. So my PLAN for you this weekend is to go see Unplanned! You won't regret it.
Once you see it, you cannot unsee it.
